Please find below a guide in an unlikely event of when you wish to return or cancel your order. To avoid inconvenience of returns, we suggest to reach out to our team for verifying the color, size, material or any other product related details before placing the order

How can I Return or Exchange Items in my Order?

We do not offer returns except in case of manufacturing defects (like stitching or zipper issues). Inform us within 7 days of delivery, we at handmadegreats.com are more than happy to exchange the order. 

How can I cancel an order on handmadegreats.com?

You need to cancel the order before dispatch. Payment gateway charges (3% on total order value) will be deducted on prepaid orders. It is not possible to cancel an order once it is shipped. You can still exchange it with some other products however to and fro shipping charges of original order will be deducted from the order value.

How Do I Arrange for a Pick up for an Item to be Returned?

To initiate a pick up, click on returns/refunds in your account and arrange for a pick up within 7 days of the order delivered. You can mail us at ask@handmadegreats.com in case you face any issue with returns. Our team will schedule a pick up. Once this is done our logistics partner will arrange to collect the item from the address provided. Make sure that the products are appropriately packed as specified with the correct details about your order and invoice numbers. Return shipping cost needs to be paid by the customer in case the reason of return is anything other than Product manufacturing defect.

In What Cases are returns or exchanges not Possible?

  • If the returns are not initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
  • If the items have been used
  • If the reason of return is minor variation in texture or colour of the item
  • Returns or exchange are not available for locations outside India

Refund Policy : We don't offer refunds unless in case of product received with Manufacturing defects. Your money will be refunded in 7-10 after the case is informed to our team at ask@handmadegreats.com
