HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We're flexible and can accept payments in multiple currencies via Visa, MasterCard,
For international payments we have PayPal as the payment option. Please send us a mail at ask@hanmdmadegreats.com, we will provide you our PayPal account link.
I'VE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Check your inbox! You'll receive an email confirming your order is complete, our team regularly tracks each order personally to ensure timely delivery. You can also track your order one the link provide to you. Do check your junk mail folder in case you don’t see our notification in Inbox.
All orders are shipped in 1-2 days time except orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday. Same will be shipped on next business day.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We are shipping across countries. We ship all over the world but exceptions may apply as per our logistic company. Do check with us if you have any concerns.
WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
Our orders are shipped 'signature required' to ensure safe delivery of your item so yes! you will need to be home to accept delivery. Do share your contact number so that our logistic company can get in touch with you for coordinating the delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sure you can... you'll receive an email after your order's picked up from our warehouse with all your tracking info. Please check your spam/junk folder in case you dont find it in your inbox.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATON POLICY?
We hope you to love it, but if you need to make a return, you can only exhange it with another one. With one way shipping cost. We don't offer refunds on return orders (except in case of manufacturing defect) which is very unlikely to happen. Read the detailed policy here
We accept cancellation only before the order dispatch.
For International orders, we do not offer returns or exchange. In case you have any doubt, please leave us a note at ask@handmadegreats.com Our team will get in touch with you.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
First of all, we're super sorry about that!. Rest assure, we will make it right for you. Please email on ask@handmadegreats.com with your order details and an image of the fault and your order number we'll take care of it for you right away.
HOW LONG THE SHINE ON HARDWARE FITTINGS WILL LAST
Hardware come with vulnerability due to exposed to different weather conditions. Any sort of Moisture, dust contact with products impact the hardware shine. Hence its not guaranteed.
PRODUCT STICHING
Our products are designed while keeping normal regular usage. Stitching might damage due to rough usage or mishandling of the products. Still if you face any issue, do contact us, we will try to fix it for you.
Material
Am i buying a genuine leather product?
Absolutely, we deal in top grade genuine leather as raw material. Cowhide, Crunch leather are the most commonly leather types in our products. There are a few non leather products also in our collection. Do check out the Material Inforation on the product page.
