Delivery & Shipping
We offer shipping across India and outside India. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
In stock products will be shipped within 1-2 working day. We ship on all week days except Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday.
We are happy to provide you with real-time updates on your orders, just get in touch. You will be contacted once your order is completed and ready to be sent to you.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care no (+91-9773604161) or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to solve your complaint at the earliest.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
As per the shipping location (order destination). We also offer Free Shipping to Indian Order(conditions apply) as part of promotion from time to time. Please have it checked before placing the order.
For delivery within India, we will take a maximum of 3-5 days and for overseas order we will take 9-12 days to deliver your order. There might be little delay due to COVID19 restrictions in a few locations.
Duties and Taxes
In certain countries orders may be subjected to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a delivery duty unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. These charges to be paid by the customers. For more information, contact your local customs office.
We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, some of our products are produced in limited edition or capsule collections and accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. www.handmadegreats.com does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service and the refund process will be initiated right away.
