Can I Return or Exchange Items in my Order?

Yes, you can. In case you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to honor the request. For both return or exchange orders ‘Two Way’ shipping needs to be paid by the customer. The shipping amount will be informed to the customer when we receive the request. In case of exchange, product with same or higher value of original order can only be purchased. Inform us within 7 days of delivery, we are more than happy to exchange or return your order. Please note if the product has been used by the customer, no return or exchange will be entertained.

Can I cancel my order on

You need to cancel the order before dispatch. Normally we ship the orders within  1 day of date of order except weekends. It is not possible to cancel the order once it is shipped. You can still exchange or return the order when you receive it.

Platform Fee and Payment Gateway Charges on Return/Exchange/Cancel order.

On all Return/Exchange and Cancel order additional 4% of order value will be deducted as the processing charges.

In what cases returns or exchanges not Possible?

  • If the returns are not initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
  • If the item has been used
  • Returns or exchange are not available for locations outside India

Refund Policy: Your money will be refunded in 15-20 days after we receive back the order.
